Is it the first time you visit Prague? Don’t be in doubt, because the airport is very modern and you find all kind of information. If you arrive in the afternoon, coming from Paris or wherever…in summer you have the most beautiful view from the city by air.
As you can see, information outdoors are everywhere…At arrival check-in is fast and transport connections are plenty of. If you want to rent a car, or take a bus, or go downtown by taxi, or train…it is amazing how surprised you get. If you need telephones, internet, or even have a snack or a nice beer….all there at the airport.
There is also no trouble with English, everybody knows it or at least at the main places where you need to eat. Bars, restaurants, nightclubs, banks, everywhere credit cards are accepted. Local language is very different, you could find it difficult check the names on the city maps. No need to memorize, they seem difficult to keep but you get used to.
Write the street name on a small paper, make a skis of the near streets, write down bus name, tramp or metro station name. You get a terrific experience and after this you go even to….China.
